This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application RODIFT (the “App”) handles information. The App is a field issue-reporting tool: authorized users capture and track operational issues at physical locations. This policy is written by the App's developer and describes only what the App actually does. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
RODIFT is a workforce/business tool. User accounts are provisioned by the organization that deploys the App; it is not a public self-sign-up consumer app. If you use RODIFT, you do so as an authorized user of the organization that provided your account.

The App does not collect your personal email address, contacts, calendar, SMS/call logs, microphone audio, health data, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services). Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. These providers process data on the App's behalf to operate the service.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data is accessible to the organization that provisioned your account and its authorized administrators, and to the infrastructure providers listed above strictly to operate the App.
Operational records (issues, photos, and related data) are retained for as long as needed for the App's business and record-keeping purposes. Because accounts are managed by the deploying organization, requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data should be sent to the contact below and will be actioned in accordance with applicable law.
Access is protected by authentication and role-based access controls, and data is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
RODIFT is intended for authorized adult users only and is not directed to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
